At a Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting dated January 9, 2020, the following case was tabled due to lack of representation and rescheduled, at the request of the Board, to take place on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town of Vestal Code Enforcement Office located at 133 Front Street, Vestal, NY for old business regarding Tax Map #189.07-1-24, known as 1312 Glenwood Road, Vestal NY, an application to consider a request for a use variance has been requested by Michael Danek as required under Chapter 24, Article IV, Division 1, Section 24-151, Permitted Uses of the Code of the Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York, pertaining to a property use that is not permitted in an “RA-1”, Single Family Residential zoning district.
