NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York in the Board Room located at 605 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, New York, 13850 on Thursday, October 26, 2017 to consider the following requests for an interpretation and/or variance and/or special permit as follows:
At 6:00 p.m.
Regarding Tax Map #158.13-1-27, known as 2401 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal NY, an application to consider a request for a parking variance and a proposed dog boarding facility has been requested by Kimberely A. Zurla as required under Chapter 24, Article IV, Division 3, Section 24-207 of the Code of the Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York pertaining to having less than the required number of parking spaces; and Chapter 24, Article IV, Division 1, Section 24-152 pertaining to a proposed dog boarding facility in a "C-2", Community Business zoning district.
In addition to the above scheduled hearings, all previously heard applications to the Zoning Board of Appeals may be discussed by the Zoning Board of Appeals and acted upon, as well as discussion of other Zoning Board of Appeals business.
